All orders are shipped UPS and billed according to the current rate schedules for shipping and handling. In order to ensure prompt and undamaged shipments, our staff gives careful attention to packing, in many cases wrapping individual books within the package. If you should receive a carton with books damaged enroute, return the carton to us. UPS requires that we show damage to the carton. Please, let us know of any damage immediately so we can make necessary adjustments as soon as possible.
